We stand behind our training gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't help you level up your game, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original HockeyShot packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
